Portsmouth Council search fees rise
As a result of the new CON29, Portsmouth City Council have increased their Council search fees with effect from 14/7/16. Their own CON29 will be increased by £16 , resulting in a full Council Local Land Charges Search now costing £66, considerably more than HW who have not increased their fees for the extra work..
