Searches ordered via the Local Council are unregulated and uninsured. Searches we have compiled ourselves with our wealth of experience and fine attention to detail are both insured and regulated.
Hence, what used to be referred to as “Personal Searches” are now called RLAS (Regulated Local Authority Searches).
The old term “Official Search” is now “Council Search”
