Why do I want a drainage report?

As part of the regular 3 report search pack, we are happy to supply official residential or commercial Drainage CON29DW searches for any area of the country.

We purchase the reports directly from the Water Company for the relevant area and send them directly to you as soon as we have them.

The report answers just a few basic questions:

Are there public sewers connected to this property? A rural home may have a septic tank.

Are any of those sewers within the boundary of the property? essential to know if you are planning alterations to know where the sewers are and how deep they are.

If there are any within the boundary, is there a Building Over Sewers Agreement in place?

Lastly:

Is the property connected to the public water supply? The water company may need to see an old bill for this answer.
