Drainage and Water Searches

As part of our philosophy of offering our clients a one-stop-shop, we are happy to order official residential or commercial Drainage CON29DW searches for any area of the country. Drainage reports from Southern Water usually have a speedy turnaround of 2-3 days; those from other administrative areas may occasionally take a little longer, please ask Louise for current expected turnaround times.

The report allows the purchaser to know the location and depth of all sewers or drains serving the property should they be planning an extension. It confirms whether the property is connected to the mains water supply, which is not always evident in rural areas. It also lets the purchaser know which of the sewers are private and to be maintained by the owner or publicly maintained by the Water Authority.
